The way this nation was founded was that the individual's rights were more important than the government's rights and power.

The Constitution does not dictate what rights an individual has, it tells the government what it cannot due. This bill does otherwise.

Man I cannot wait to get the hell out of this state. The useless morons in Boston do everything they can to shove it down the throats of the citizenry here and we - collectively - say "Thank you sir, may I have another.

This is absolutely ridiculous. I would not allow these selfish idiots at the state to run a lemonade stand, let alone this corrupt and inefficient state government.

I am tired of them making up stuff to keep busy and none of it is for the “public good.” We needs to wipe them out and decontaminate the state house from top to bottom before they go too far.

Other than a tremendous waste of time and money what else is new? The Supreme Court will blow these morons out of the water on this anyways; just like the states gun control laws that are about to get adjusted by the SC!

This state is a Joke.

What the F'k is going on. All of a sudden I don't/wont have the right to refuse medical treatment that I deem unecessary or risky.
Who the f'k are the sponsors of this outrageous attack on our civil rights and liberties. There is something very wrong with this state/country where lately they continue to ram crap down our throats at their whim and if we don't like it, chose one: we get fined, arrested, property-money confiscatedf.
What the F is wrong with this country.
Scotty beam me up, we have explored this planet and we find no intelligant life here.

This is truly insane. Since when should the government be allowed to tell the people of their country what they HAVE to do for their own safety.

If I want to take the chance that I will fly hundreds of feet through my windshield during a car crash that should be my choice. If I want to take the chance that I will get the flu, that should be my choice as well. And we all know how lovely it is to be forced to have health insurance in MA.

What it comes down to is Massachusetts has a bloated governmental system. It's cheaper for the state if we vaccinate, buy health insurance, and buckle up. They need to keep the costs of the state down so they put restrictions on the people (as always). It is the only business that does not fix it's problems in times of need, instead penalize the people in it. Now what has this become? Government workers that are terribly overpaid and unnecessary, unwanted projects being carried out when more important things can be done with the money.

We have a serious problem when DPW workers are almost always getting paid time and a half or more because its more convenient for the people of a city or town to work on paving streets late at night. What is wrong with having 3rd shift hours?

We have an even more serious problem when we have no control or say over what happens in our state or country. Like the 6.25% sales tax. The government made it seem like it was a "compromise." Guess what it wasn't. The goal was to have at least 6% in the first place. It is no different then haggling, except the customer really had no say.

If I take the mandated H1N1 vaccine, I will not get sick or be able to get others sick, correct? Good! I will not need to worry about going to work or school with a fever; covering my cough; covering my sneezing; or washing my hands frequently. I will be invincible because I took "responsibility” for the H1N1. I hope I do not get the seasonal flu.

I work for a doctors office and none of our doctors are going to give or recieve this H1N1 vaccine. I trust their judgement and will not be getting one. This vaccine is still too new and has many unanswered questions.
Who does Deval Patrick think he is to mandate all citizens to get an invasive procedure. And for him to check up on all of us violates HIPPA. So he will just find himself in alot of trouble when people start suing him.

People have a greater risk of death from the seasonal Flu that the H1N1. Yet, the government has not mandated the vaccine for that disease. This whole government program is crazy. A state-federal mandatory H1N1 vaccine are not justified for several reasons. First, more people die of the seasonal flu than H1N1. Yearly, thousands of people of all ages die of the seasonal flu. So far, less than 500 people have died of the H1N1 virus. And most of the people who died of the disease had additional chronic health conditions. Second, there are other methods to reduce disease transmission risk i.e. hand washing, covering cough, ill person isolation. Third, mandating millions of American to receive a minimally tested, new vaccine for a virus that may or may not reap havoc in the U.S. will create mistrust among the American People, especially if the vaccine causes negative side effects, like the swine flu vaccine of 1976.

The far left of the Democratic party is full of Marxist Communists. Voters need to wake up and admit this and stop mindlessly voting for anyone with a D after their name without full vetting. In many cases they are voting for communists without knowing it. If we let this strong communist movement progress, we are lost.

I voted for Flanagan but if she votes for this Nazi bill, I'll never vote for her again, or anyone else that votes this in. I have no intention of taking a vaccination that has not been fully tested for side effects. I do not trust the pharmaceutical industry OR the government in this case. This is scare tactics at its best. Flanagan can take the vaccine and choke on it.

-Bill May Make Flu Shot Mandatory-
Just another Left Wing ploy to try and totally control the people as if they were robots...welcome to the Matrix.(If you watch the movie, you will get the idea.)
The larger question to ask is this: Does our U.S.Constitution and Bill of Rights have any meaning whatsoever in this present age or is our Constitution and Bill of Rights just plain irrelevant to the self-serving political bureaucrats? It seems that we have already arrived at a place much different than the America we once thrived and grew up in.
