Give the kids of cardwell a fighting chance

I have recently moved here from michigan and i came to find out that all the kids have to do around here is to get into trouble or drugs. this town needs to wake up and relize these kids are the future give them a chance. I think that if we had a program were the kids were supervised and could reconstruct this little town by building parks, a comunity center or even a theater we would be giving them vital skills that will not only be helpfull to this town it will also bust the moral of cardwell teens and the skills will stay with them for life. Whats so different about Cardwell the only thing I have noticed is these people don't seem to care about there youth, well I do so if you read this I would be willing to work to gether with anyone who is willing to help with fundraising. I have talked to many of the teens around here and they just want to have something to do why not give them somthing to be proud of. Thank you Christy Martin

i agree with that. kids do need something to do and as the adults.. and there parents it is us who shouls be working togather to put something . anything ..

Move back to Michigan if you dont like it. And from what i know, your kids.. steal, the girl does drugs and has sex all the time, i know that because she told me herself.

It would help if the "PARENTS" of the "KIDS" of Cardwell would do something constructive with their lives. Kids do as they are taught. Education should be emphasized more - encouraging the kids to go beyond "high school" should be an automatic. I started early with my children - WORKING with them in reading- math - sports. All of mine are high achievers (gifted academically and in athletics). I have always encouraged "education" to be priority. I had to make many sacrifices but it has been worth it. It would be good if all the "BARS and Meth Labs" in Cardwell could close down - then maybe some of those kids in Cardwell will have a chance. The Parents of those Cardwell Kids need to step up and try to make a difference - otherwise Cardwell will remain the same.

ok look, its none of your business what us kids do. and for your information i think MI is wzy worse then a small town like cardwell. and if you don`t like go back to were you come from! people like you need to cry a river

When u become a parent,I hope u learn your children respect.I can see u are just a child.Same for Emily,she should no better.Look what u have gone throw with no parent to teach u respect others.
