Does anyone know more about the arrest of Dr Tim Clark?

How could he have stolen from his employees??

He took the contributions from their paychecks for our 401K and deposited that money into his own accounts for quite a long time. How could he steal from his employees? He also stole from his patients and insurance companies through fraud, in which he is still waiting to be indicted. Only a sick man could do that.

I looked up Clark's name in the Cumberland County courts website and multiple lawsuits have been filed against him!!!

He's being evicted from his medical office in East Pennsboro.......and he's being sued for non-payment of his fees at the Camp Hill Country Club!

It gets better. His wife is divorcing him after discovering that he had an affair with a nurse at Holy Spirit Hospital. Did I mention that Clark now lives with the nurse and she recently gave birth to THEIR baby! He's an absolute pig!

What a creep...... and he's been kicked out of Holy Spirit Hospital, Carlisle Regional Medical Center and Harrisburg Hospital...

He's been sued by GMAC for 85,000. for non-psyment of his precious Caddillac Escalade.....His beach house at the Jersey Shore was foreclosed on as well....

Looking on the Cumberland County Courthouse records site he has unpaid taxes for many years also.

I am just sick beyond words. How could a doctor do this?? If he would steal from his own employees they what could or should I say DID he do to his patients insurance companies.

He must have some kind of mental disorder! How could he have gone on seeing patients...

I had spoken to his office manager once about a bill and she threatened to sue me.....wow, What a joke....
She must have know what he was doing. How could she not????? I remember how nasty she (Donna) was....

Why hasn't this hit the news? Is is medical office still open?

Old Dr Clark's case goes to trial on September 4 in Federal Court in Harrisburg.

Clark's former office building in East Pennsboro is in foreclosure so he's essentially been evicted. He just rented office space on Cumberland Pkwy in Mechanicsburg. Since Clark will probably be in prison this time next year, his new landlord will be able to keep Clark's security deposit!!

Clark is a very sick man. I'd Strongly Suggest that anyone who may still consider seeing Clark as a patient .........DON'T WAST YOUR TIME

No. He's lost his privileges at Holy Spirit, Harrisburg, and Carlisle Hospitals.

He was just arrested AGAIN LAST WEEK!!

How do you know so much about him? I looked at the Cumberland County website and could not find it. Also...How in the world would you know about what he bought his "bimbo" for Valentines?

Dr. Clark takes care of my mother and he is a wonderful, brilliant, caring doctor. He is innocent until proven guilty and even then, if that happens, he is a good person.
You, Et AL, are the sad, mean, low criticizing person and you are the one I feel sorry for...You are the one who deserves criticism.

If you had any guts, you would say who you are and stand out in the open behind your slanderous comments.
This is no longer about Dr. Clark. This is about the sad people in our society, such as yourself, who lack integrity, compassion, and understanding and instead find their identity in a lack of identity on a forum such as this.
Why can't anyone get on a forum and celebrate someone's accomplishments? Why does it always have to be so negative and hurtful?

Spreading lies about someone is illegal and is called slander. Perhaps you should reconsider your comments before legal action is taken. Just a thought.

I'm sorry Human imperfection, but I also used to like the man and thought he was very nice until I also became a victim of his money schemes. Everyone from his office bailed on him because he was stealing from them, right out of their retirement account money. Trust me, they are not lies, I've seen it first hand. And it is in the public records on the cumb cty court website that Mountz jewelers sued him for a $4,000 bracelet that he wrote a "rubber" check for. Yes his wife filed for a divorce because his girlfriend was pregnant and had a baby this summer. It's very hard to believe, but just shows that sometimes we just don't really know someone. His sentencing was rescheduled from Nov 5 to early Jan, but he most definitely will be going to jail, and he is not innocent.
