Maybe the nosy neighbors didn't know if it was 2 men or a crazy one raping a young girl.... so they called the police....... They don't know who is out there...... behind their shed, getting into their car.......... Could have been anyone...... What is the deal, why shouldn't they have a right to make a call.....
