Doctor accused of defrauding Medicaid, wrongly dispensing drugs

Yes his office is reopening as he requested and was granted a hardship license. He will be watched very closely and supervised for his medications that he prescribes.

Really? Just leave him alone? Do you have any idea what these charges mean? He is a running joke between all of the pharmacies in the tri-county area. There may be a couple of good, innocent people who took a professional hit for this guy. If I decide to dispense morphine out of my back door will you ask people to just leave me alone?
Never trust a physician who does not have hospitalization priviliges.
Tell me when this thread is updated!
