Yes, here is the lady's name. Crystal Hunt Price. Did this lady die in the RC jail, username "Omg" or "Skister".

Since you are so interested in answering my questions, why don't you give us some info about this suspicious death in the jail.

Oh, you will come on on topix.com and threaten posters with libel lawsuit for asking questions, giving opinions and making statments about this very suspicious death that was barely covered in the local media!!! How convenient.

I believe a RC jail official is responsible for this murder, so why don't you include that in your libel law suit as well.

Maybe the Roane County jail as a whole, can sue me for having these questions, this opinions and for making all my statement about it.

Any response to this Omg? Or is the family of this poor young mother conspiracy theorists as well? What was the autopsy report on this. Can you provide that record or cause of death in a link on here so you all profess to be so good at offering proof?

I'm waiting......

What was this 25 year old woman doing in solitary confinement with no clothes on? This is how she arrived at the hospital! Do you want to refute that RC cops? Yeh, let us here you call me a liar and a conspiracy theorist regarding this issue also.

I will look for additional stories Knox News did on this as they stated they would. I will put any links up here of follow-up reports, if there are any.

It's these kinds of deaths and reports from local citizens that see things first hand that cause me to ask a lot of questions and come to some very incriminating conclusions about RC corruption!

And, as a responsible citizen, I will continue to do so whether local LE likes it or not! No wonder the locals are "too afraid to stand up to the corruption."

That last quote is another one that I am quoting from someone on the "inside". And I can proof that too if I had too. But not until honest feds agents promised to protect innocent sources that could be harmed by you corrupt officals.

If all of this is just "looney tunes" as some of those damage control agents on topix allege, than why are then on here worrying about what people say on topix.com . After all, from what I can see, the readership on the Harriman Forum is pretty low. The most I seen reading one one time is approximately 30. And some of those are the damage control agents themselves.

Poor Crystal Hunt. Her kids would probably have been better off is their mother would not have been put in jail during the Christmas for failure to pay child payments. Is this what federal funds are used for? Housing inmates on charges such as this. And then killing mothers at Christmas in their jail?

The NOW organization should be looking into this issue as well as the local media.

Hmmmm.

Failure to pay child support?

When my mother was 25 years old, and I was 3 years old... my father worked and paid the bills.

Same with my children.

Did these children live with the father while this 25 year old woman failed to take care of her kids. Is this why she was jailed.

What kind of a father would allow his children's 25 year old mother be jailed for not paying HIM child support?

What kind of law enforcement agency would put a 25 year old mother in jail during the Christmas Holiday for not paying child support.

The same kind of law enforcement agency that would allow Daniel Hampton's kids to live with him a his home while masses amounts weapons were at the home while he ran a drug trafficking business out of of the home? The same kind of law enforcement agency that allowed him to terrorize his 20 something wife and children for years?

Yes, that IS the Roane County Law Enforcement mentality, which I find to be very very hostile and indifferent toward the rights and safety of women. And I have this very strong opinion based on a lot of cases involving women, a number of which I have spoken to.

Want to sue me on some libel charge for this opinion, Mr. Corrupt Cop that keeps coming on to these kinds of topix threads and trying to intimidate people from speaking out against this stuff?

Go ahead! I am waiting!

Law is law. You don't pay child support, you go to jail. Not the cops fault she didn't pay. News flash: the law is enforced year round.

Maybe some of that so-called law should apply to some of those so-called law enforcement officers. Wouldn't that be a nice change.

I don't care how you want to sum it up, what RC did to that woman was criminal, and they should be sitting in prison for it if it were up to me based on what I heard from some locals about this issue.

Where's that link to that follow-up story that Knox News stated they would write about Crystal's death in the jail after that very brief initial report of cover up that omitted a whole lot of information? It must still be "under investigation", the best cover up line ever for corrupt cops!

Go to the FBI in Washington, D.C. if the FBI in Knoxville won't investigate. Report Em. You are not alone. If you believe what you said in above post, don't let them intimidate you into silence. I hear that people there are afraid to stand up to the corruption. Try to move where you can be safe from the corrupt, and then go to the media. News networks are honing in on the corruption in TN, and are very aware of it. Report em!

As women in this community and maybe others, we have little value. Not only that but we devalue ourselves. We bitch, we complain and some quietly internalize it. Yet others out of ignorance or lack of education and confidence support it. But never do we grab the hands of our sisters and make our voices heard. Never do we unify and make a stand. We go to women's groups at church, book clubs and have home parties to earn discounted pricing or gifts. We gather for our children's sporting events and decide what we will bake or purchase for their teams. We gossip about one another and play silly high school games out of anger or jealousy but again we never grab our sisters hands and make a united stand. We never use our God givin power as woman to change and better the lives of all our sisters. We're teaching our daughter to do the same. We're teaching our daughters to be submissive and quiet their beautiful voices. Unless by God another woman slights you with her toungue. Then we will scream and Hollar and make a scene and we don't care who hears it. But still we don't grab the hands of our sisters and scream and Hollar and not care who hears us when our civil rights are trampled. When our sisters are suffering abuse from husbands, boyfriends, fathers, uncles, law officers, judges, lawyers and who ever else we have as much as givin permission to treat us worse then farm animals and Hell! Yes, I said it! Hell! Even they have PETA and animal rights activists. Look around sisters. Take note. Do you ever see a single brochure about Domestic Violence anywhere in this county. Have you not noticed their is no support for our sisters here. Have you not noticed that everyone wants to hear about how bad a woman has been treated. They bow their heads give a shake from side to side. Let a little air out their lungs, spew a few oppinoins but none of my sisters really want to know that woman or grab her hand and take a stand. So as woman so long as we continue to turn our back on our sisters instead of grabbing their hands and holding tight we will always be targets and always be victims. Nothing will change and one day our daughters will be us. Powerless at our own empty hands.

This blows my mind! I am very good friends with Crystal's Mom. I can not believe "WE" have given so much power to our so called law enforcement officers. "WE" as the public have the power to unite and fight this. This isn't the only case of abuse, neglect, or down right ignorance from the roane co law enforcement officers. I was made away today that just two days ago or so a young lady was arrested and brutally strip searched by two "Male" law enforcement officers of roane co. What they did not know is that a gentleman there at the time...a citizen saw everything that happened and can testify to what he witnessed. "What a huge mistake!" I mean they still haven't learned their lesson on how to treat their fellow man...no man is guilty until proven that way and it isn't the law enforcement officers place to do that. It is God and a Judge and Jury of which they are neither. I have never been in trouble with the "LAW" nor do I intend to but now it scares me to death just the thought of who "WE" have to protect us. I have never even so much as had a speeding ticket and pray to God I never do. I am sure there are good men and women in our law enforcement but how can they just stand by and watch this happen and do NOTHING???? I wont...I Don't...I have a voice and I am using it now...YOU can THANK GOD you (law enforcement) did not do that to my daughter!!!!!!! I wouldn't rest til justice was served! Angie, baby I love ya gal!! I am so sorry you have endured such pain. I am so sorry for her daughter and all they pain she has endured also all of her children! God Bless you all...and may the law enforcement officers involved in this fear the wrath of God..."FOR VENGENCE IS MINE SAITH THE LORD GOD ALMIGHT!!" God will take care of them no matter how far they run or how they try to hide their sin...it will surely find them out..."It always DOES!" "Thank you Roane County for once again disgracing our county....our country ...our humanity!

my son said the cops on duty knew he was being beat and didnt come help. he was beat for a long time. he will be going into surgery tomorow morning. does anyone know who i can report this abuse to. and it didnt stop at the jail. the emt's treated him subhuman. the system too busy protecting child molestors and murderers. and neglecting people with minor offenses like my son did. this beating took place 10/31/13. they dumped my son at the hospital and never called his family. we found out through a civilian. and his injuries were sever enough we should have been notified. they were severe enough that rotten witch they call SARG, should have called an ambulance right away
