No it's not, and you're a disgrace as well as that judge to the south. That judge probably won't be on the bench next go around because of his stupidity and holier than thou attitude.To hell with that judge and more power to the attorney.The flag doesn't mean anything any more.Not worth the cloth it's made of,maybe there was a time it was,but not any more.I live in the south and they should drop that judge off around where I live and lets see him sing a different tune.The cocksucker.

The judge is a what? The judge might be an up tight red neck SOB but we don't know if he indulges in behavior that the Bible thumpers consider nasty. But then again you never know. Perhaps he got his shorts in a knot when his lover did not show up?

Those types of jobs do not cater to the masses of people. How many field hands were needed before automated machinery? How many secretaries were needed to type for executives that now type their own correspondence. How many postal carriers to serve the public that e-mail replaced? How many auto manufacture workers to build a vehicle that automation replaced? Do you get the picture now? Those jobs are not there any more. Doctors, lawyers, etc. Who can afford those individuals if you do not have a job working in one of the other fields that are almost nonexistent now?

I have. I taught Motorcycle mechanics in Mexico city for 4 years. I taught Outboard Motor repair in Micronesia. Going to the Cook islands to teach next year. It is not Dixie. It has nothing to do with National pride. What the judge did was against the law. Where in the Constitution does it say that one must stand and say the Pledge of Allegiance? Do you know anything about the Pledge? Do you know when it was written what words were in it and when it was altered? Do you know it was written nearly 100 years after the nation was born or that it was altered in about 1952 to the present recitation?

Please take a few minutes and actually read the Constitution. Judges and other court officers are sworn to uphold the Constitution. What that judge did was to break the law and tread on that attorney's constitutional rights.

We do not allow individuals to erode others constitutional rights...And that's the way that we roll in the United States of America including Mississippi.

I agree with you. Judge Talmadge Littlejohn already had a grudge against Attorney Danny Lampley. Search these names on the net and you will see that the Talmadge had blood in his eye for Lampley for some time and was looking for an excuse to jail Lampley.

The judge was punished by the Supreme Court of Mississippi. He was fined and reprimanded. The judge is the villain here, not the lawyer.

Danny Lampley is one of the few honest Lawyers left in MS. He is also poor because he does not go along with the payola that most lawyers do such as Scruggs. The local judges are elected by the low voter turnout and most often the only one on the ballot. Mississippi politics has not changed since the carpetbaggers. Keep the people poor and illiterate as they are forced to buy from the company store. Keep them in debt and indentured servants.

Government money comes with strings attached. Those rules are a form of tyranny. The government is a religion it is called secular humanism.
