iresent the fact that you say he didn't know what he was getting himself into,Tim knew exactly what he had,a had a woman that would do anything for him in anyway,he had a honest, good person, someone who loved and believed in him whole-heartedly!he wasn't marrying no one but his wife,we all have members in our family we are not too proud of,but that doesn't mean the whole family is that way.i am so glad that our little girl is too small to read this crap, because someday it's gonna be hard enough to explain to her.i can only hope that you find it in your heart to try and understand that people battle illnesses such as depression,Tim was struggling so bad!Anyone that knows me at all knows what kind of a person i am,i don't need to defend myself,i just want people to underestand that because this happened doesn't mean he wasn't a good husband, father, son, and brother, and friend,so please stop!!!

You tell them Trish . You had a good man . He had a few problems. But we all do. It is people like this that cause a lot of depression in a lot of people. because they run their mouths where it does not belong. may god be with you and your family your friend always.

I am so sorry for your loss. You need to know that the people that matter that love you know the truth and the rest just don't matter. When it comes time to tell the little girl, first and foremost let her know that her Daddy loved her so much. May God give you strength and put up a hedge of protection from those that would criticize you and Tim.

I had heard about this site, and someone had told me that some pretty bad shit was on here about Tim. I can't beleive how some of you are runnin your mouth about him. People like you can't really know him at all. I knew Tim for a while, and he was a wonderful person. When ever I was around him I felt alive,I felt good,I felt free, and I knew I was in the company of a good friend. Tim was like anyone else,he had his ups and downs. As a boy he had a ruff deal with some family problems, but he was raised up by a good family of loving people. Tim loved his Dad,his Dad was a preacher and Tim was very proud of that.Tim also loved all of his brothers and sisters. And I just know that he loved his little girl, Trish, and her son.Tim always liked to have people around him.The bigger the crowd the better for Tim. He sure had a big heart.I guess that's why ithurts me so bad to see you people post this stuff on hereabout him. This man was just an every day person, like me and you. Let him rest in peace, if you don't have anything good to say-say nothing at all. Did any of you know how he could sing and loved to play the guitar. He laughted with his brother Randy on the phone everyday. His Dad died right before Tim left us. Tim was very depressed about alot of things. the death of his dad, the way his sister got treated. the way he was done in Pikeville. BUt now we can't help him, talk to him , he is gone. I miss him soo much, so I am begging you all to please stop this topic. Leave Tim alone, leave His Family alone, leave Trish alone. What comes around goes around, and the GOO LORD will gudge us all. Rest in peace Tim. God bless you Trish and your children. You have and will always be in my prayers.
I fully agree. I heard about this what ever it is and started reading. Red Cloud is a crazy person. This is none of his business and really no one else. This needs to end and Trish, you don't need to read anything anyone writes. The Kidds can do whatever they want to.

This topic had been dead since the 25th. of Sept. and Trish brought it back up on Oct. 1st. You don't like hearing the bad stuff...let it die. For the very person that's defending him, to keep the topic alive....makes we wonder what the purpose is.

Well, this thread is also posted on another forum in TOPIX, which is the Criminal Defense Law Forum, so anyone is going to be able to access it and discuss the subject.

Personally, I feel very badly for Officer Moore's family, but if he was breaking the law in his own community by being drunk and disorderly in public, then he didn't deserve any special favors simply BECAUSE he was a police officer.

My feeling has always been that if you (generically speaking) become a member of the law enforcement community, whether a police officer, prosecutor, judge, corrections officer or anything else in the field, you are sworn to UPHOLD the laws of the city, state and country you chose to serve. Just because a person is a member of law enforcement does NOT mean they are above the law.

I'm sorry this officer chose that route, because I doubt the penalty would have been severe. Why he chose to commit suicide will remain a mystery, but I hope his family, especially his wife and daughter, will be able to find peace.

99 out of 100 cops are arrogant, over bearing a ss holes. Give them a badge and gun, and immediately they develop a god complex. I didn,t know officer Moore, he could have been the exception. But as for the jerk barney fife crew in the pikeville police department, they are mostly rogues who get away with anything....if you have ever seen the Tom Selleck movie "An Innocent Man" you will get my meaning.

For a more recent story, read John Grisham's nonfiction book, THE INNOCENT MAN. That was a very real travesty of justice which took place in Ada, Okalahoma. Pikeville KY certainly doesn't have a monopoly on bad law enforcement officials in all capacities.

This is a good post. I am sure the state police has a charge about conduct and representing the force. Also if he were working and someone in a public place come up to him drunk cursing him -I am sure he would take him to jail. Also reading here he apparently had a bad alcohol and mental problem. its a sad situation.

I agree with this post 100%. It makes me sick when I hear how 'HARD' a cop works/worked. I get ill when I hear it said that a cop was 'serving' the public. We all know they are a necessary evil, but only want the "God syndrom" they get when intimidating someone. I know there are a few good ones, and maybe this guy was one of them, but who would ever know how he felt as he polished his holster and oiled his gun. I get along with several, but they can't know how I feel or they would 'set me up' and cost me money. Each one thinks he is above the law.

Cops are worse than most criminals and should be punished. Even if they start out with good intentions the system won't let them do there job. So if they don't quit after finding that out, that makes them even worse. They abuse good inicent people because they can. Fuck them.

you are right i hate to say it and i know it sounds like im a sadist or any thing but there are so very very few good ones it really leaves you at a point you cant care for them i have seen and been part of harassment from the police and before any one wants to jump up and say im a drunk or sale drugs or something no nor do i steal or cheet on my taxes or curse when children are around im just an average joe the point is more so than not way more so if you have any interaction with cops they will treat you like crap regardless of your innocence they have no manners my youngest still is scared of cops because of a 3 way argument with 2 cops they disregard the constitution completely if you think you have any protection by the 4th amendment all i can tell you is i hope you are never in a situation that the cops are at your home for any reason because you will soon find that fairy tale is just that and im well read on the constitution/warrants/probable cause,Exigent circumstance and they hide behind a combination of peoples inability to understand the law combined with knowing that it is next to impossible to get legal representation for violation of a persons civil liberties even if you have them on tape clearly doing it unless you can get it out to the media wide spread there will be nothing dun and no putting it up on youtube and getting 200 hits will not do it and no before you say it wymt news will not jump all over a story about cops breaking the law they will not touch it unless you are able to get formal charges started and you fall right back to no lawyer will touch it a lot of people live in fairy tale land and cops are good and there to help and thats fine i dont wish any foul luck on any one i hope they are able to keep the fairy tale forever but any one that has been around and had to deal wtih them knows the truth its a shame when a person can treat you in a way you feel less than human when you have dun nothing wrong of course there are some people that deserve it and it does not bother me a bit they get treated that way i have no love for a thief but when you have seen a house wife who is solber as a judge get degraded by the bullies in blue and accused of every thing under the sun if you had any respect for them then you loose it real fast i think it would be something if the people were to actually get fed up enough to do something about it but that will never happen have a good night all

McKeesport police K9 unit watched someone run a red light. The police let it go and followed someone they did not like. That is why McKeesport is failing. They aren't looking for criminals but chasing law abiding citizens they do not like around.

The McKeesport police aren't looking for konnias. They are following average citizens around wasting time. They are not trying to find serious criminals and let Konnias get away. He had time to hide money in Dravosburg. The McKeesport police cover Dravosburg. They want to harrass citizens, that is why McKeesport is failing.
McKeesport stats
http://www.trulia.com/real_estate/McKeesport-...

The reason the city fails:
Mr. Cherepko said the city will face a "serious deficit" next year. He and Mr. Malinchak threw around a lot of numbers and had heated debates about the state of the city's financial affairs throughout the meeting, but no decisions were made regarding the deficit or the financial state of the city. Mr. Segina encouraged Mr. Cherepko to be prepared to give council a report on the city's finances during its July meeting.

Sad city, sad police.
It's all nepotism and very political. McKeesport wasted tax payer dollars on several projects. Look at the multi million dollar fly over ramp there! Goes to many abandoned buildings only!

"With planning and engineering costs, the project totaled approximately $10.9 million. The cost of construction was approximately $5.75 million. It was funded in part by federal transportation funds and stimulus funds that were distributed on the state level."

The solicitor with DUI, wreckless driving without insurance rewarded!
The McKeesport solicitor says he has no indication that his job is in jeopardy after charges were filed against him in connection with a car crash in January.

"J. Jason Elash, 40, was charged Friday with driving under the influence, driving without required financial responsibility and speeding. The charges came three weeks after he crashed his car into a building in McKeesport in the early morning hours of Jan. 22 after attending Mayor Mike Cherepko's inaugural ball at the McKeesport Palisades."

The mayor Cherepko is fighting to keep him as law department head there! McKeesport, the city of failures.

Justice is all dead in the United States, it's all nepotism and lies. Zimmerman is related to a judge and all police comply. Pittsburgh is all the same.

Several big companies owe millions in delinquent taxes. All posted recently online wtae.com click as seen on wtae. One bank owes almost 8 million! Allegheny isn't getting taxes because of lack of services. Harassment from police like McKeesport does compiles their problem. They asked for it as the Allegheny population decreases. Many run down abandoned buildings in Mckeesport.

Vacant buildings an issue in McKeesport
Thursday, December 01, 2011
By Jonathan Barnes
They look like large gaps in an otherwise bright smile -- vacant houses and buildings that once were part of a vibrant, industrial McKeesport but now draw trash, vermin and the anger of neighbors.

You have a very high opinion of a certain person today, believing that they can do no wrong. But how realistic are you being? It looks as though you're viewing the world through rose-colored glasses, which is fine if it's only a temporary state but quite another matter if you're deliberately ignoring problems and pretending that they don't exist.
