I wish National Geographics would have come to Harlan to promote what our county has to offer in tourism. We live in one of the most beautiful parts of the world I seen. And I have had the pleasure of traveling the globe. I feel that we have more to offer in a positive light rather than a negative one. Drugs are a National Epidemic not just in Harlan County. Focus on what we have to offer in a positive light please.

Yes, he is out of jail slinging his dope. Everyone hates him, not just one person. We are sick and tired him selling drugs to our kids in our community. They come and go in and out of that holler. So sick of people like him getting by.

For anyone who has talked trash about Charles Napier this is one of his neighbors. I can say that charles does not deal any type of drugs. The only people that I have ever seen go to his house is his close friends. Charles is a very good person he even takes care of his wifes 2 kids like they were his own kids if that isnt a good person that I really dont know what is. Ive know him all my life and that only thing that say is that he is a good person and for everyone who has talked negatively about him on here you are very wrong and in fact probably dont even actually know who he is or anything about him!!!

I have known Charles Napier all of my life and he is a good man. I know he could not have possibly been assosciated with this. yea they didnt get the big ones in maryalice and pansy , the bracketts live right beside a cop and they didnt get them , they got the one right beside him but didnt get him . hmm sound kinda funny
