should orleans become bigger and i was wndering that since it doesnt have tower how many people are Saafe in orleans because VERIZON WONT PUT UP A TOWER ALOT OF PEOPLE DONT FEEL SAFE BECUSE THERE PHONE dont work wait hey i hafta call my mom its emergency opps 2 bars SIGNAL SUCKs
