Texas couple accused of shooting man, 2 kids

Isn't that a justifiable shooting in Texas? Or does it depend on what nationality the victims are?

Attacking a man with 7-year-old boy and 5-year-old girl with a gun is pathetic.

Who even cares if they were on your property. Losers with nothing better to do than hate on others who are trying to enjoy the outdoors...

We have been since the prohibition era.

We actually have some good movies about it coming out soon too...... Dillinger and friends.

Prohibition still exist today too. Most "kids" who get killed here in Chicago though, are not with their fathers driving ATVs. Most of them are hustling the street corners....

Sad to say, but I've met people who just might take pop shots at someone for off-roading on their land. Especially if it happened over and over near and around a containment levy and the authorities couldn't or wouldn't do anything about it. Not much info in the article except that it is a obvious cheap shot at Texas placed on here for others to take more cheap shots at Texans.

Typical.

This is far from aggravated assault, this is attempted murder.

i think they use a paint store color chart to see if they're dark enough for a justifiable shooting

When you read the news today our world is turning just like some of the very terrorism that we so violently beat our chest about!

This is cold blooded murder to shoot an innocent child and man in cold blood over tresspassing something very wrong with this to take anothers life!
They will probably get too! How sad our world has become!

Looks like the law is working. You cannot legally shoot folks that are merely trespassing.
Except maybe Russia.

Texans shoot first and ask questions later...we learned this lesson with George W. Bush...even though he isn't a true Texan, he has the mentality of a Texan...
