It is ridiculous that someone could function so long without a license and not be caught by the state. It took him missing a payment, before he was caught. Now several elderly couples have NOTHING but the house they live in and the clothes on their back. Expected to live off nothing. And no governent assistance....when we have young people out there recieving hundreds even thousands of dollars.
