Someone mentioned Treasurer McCord is considering running for Governor. God help PA if he does. Everytime I see McCord, he's bulling someone or ranting incoherently. He doesn't have the necessary respect to build coalitions necessary to govern effectively.

The Philadelphia Police Department confirmed that a narcotics officer was taken off the street and placed on administrative leave Thursday, following the results of an FBI and Internal Affairs investigation. The department said it would not identify the officer because he had not been arrested or formally charged.
I wonder if the Gov will get him off????

Taxnomore stfu you make no sence, Obama has a plan, Republicans have a plan also but it is kinda like the one Enron had for California to rob the country and kill the poor and disabled, You know also that company Enron that robbed your state the CEO of that company while Bush was president he wanted to make him head of treasury could you imagine that, Republicans are trying to destroy the country state by state look at Corbett he is trying to privatize all of PA's assets which will lose the state revenue he is also giving tax breaks away like candy on halloween to the rich and big oil and natural gas industry, He is also erraticating any type of assistance for the poor and disabled this Governor should be impeached or in jail he is a crook like most republicans. Pa. governor 'concerned' by son-in-law allegations

The Associated Press
Posted: Friday, February 1, 2013, 6:11 AM HARRISBURG, Pa.-

Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Corbett says he's concerned to hear reports about an investigation of his son-in-law, a Philadelphia narcotics police officer.

Several media outlets citing anonymous sources are reporting that Corbett's son-in-law is under investigation by the FBI and police Internal Affairs.

Corbett said: "I was surprised and concerned to learn about the allegations regarding my son-in-law Gerold Gibson. Susan and I continue to give our family our love and support."

The Philadelphia Police Department said Thursday an officer was placed on administration leave as a result of an investigation but gave no details

Will the Gov pardon his son in law?
Will he bail out his daughters husband?
Will this be swept under the rug?
Will the Gov say this was a witch hunt?
Stay tuned for more corruption of the Corbett family

(CBS News) Eleven years after the 9/11 attacks, there is new information on what the George W. Bush administration knew about al-Qaeda's plans.

We learned after 9/11 that a presidential briefing paper in August 2001 was headlined "Bin Laden Determined to Strike in U.S."

Special section: 9/11 Eleven Years Later

But Tuesday in the New York Times, investigative reporter Kurt Eichenwald says the White House received ominous warnings as early as May 2001.

CBS News spoke with Eichenwald Monday. He said, "What I've been able to see are the presidential daily briefs before August 6 of 2001. And they're horrific, and they are - our reports are 'an attack is coming,''there are going to be mass casualties.' The worst of them, the Pentagon, the neo-conservatives at the Pentagon, as the CIA was coming in saying,'al-Qaeda's going to attack,
