You're a gambler thinking that just because revenue is increased, taxes will go down. Where'd you learn that from, GW? Give it to the rich and they'll create jobs? Hahaha.
PS I don't play the lottery. It's not because I don't think I'll win it's because old people give me the willies ;)
Understand that the new lottery management will sell tickets on-line so that you don't have to go to those crummy bodegas.

Reducing overhead for the lottery benefits taxpayers.

Small businesses that suck the blood of the poor running a scam do not deserve any sympathy.

Perfect example of the Republicans appealing to your stupidity. That remark was then and is now taken totally out of context. She said that because of the background criticisms being made that the health care reform was going to be paying for abortions for all and death panels for the elderly. All stupid and untrue arguments made by morons and believed by idiots like you. So she said that quote of yours as meaning basically "just wait for the law to take effect and the idiotic criticisms will be proven false." Nice try though, and clearly your IQ points are lacking, just like most republican morons in this area. And no one advocates socialism as an economic agenda. Socialistic policies, like social security and medicare, do make good sense though where there is no market incentive to cure an economic shortfall. And indeed, you can't fix stupid, and clearly you are beyond repair. I hope your kids turn out better, or even better that you don't have kids.

Here is the question the answer to which I truly do not know: Will this sale end up with the government having more net incoming revenue or not?

As to businesses sucking the blood out of the poor, you don't actually want people caring about each other now do you Mr. Galt? ;)

BTW I think it's a good idea that welfare recipients or people filing bankruptcy be barred from the lottery. Also lawyers. I just don't like lawyers :)

Taxes are 80% of the revenue and should increase if out-of-state sales are reduced.

Eliminating future pension liabilities for state store workers will provide long-term savings.

However, consumer choice is the real benefit. State liquor stores carry only what they choose. Private stores will be responsive to consumer demand.

Not sure what you mean about the black messiah except as you want to bring his half-black race into things. If he had your opinions I'd think he's an asswipe just as you are. He's nothing except someone with defined opinions to me, some of which I agree with. I don't know him personally. You?

And as to you listing my city...ooh...I'm scared. I'll gladly list my name and address anytime to anyone who asks and have done it before. What's the big "move that bus" reveal? I screw around sometimes, other times I'm serious. I've no shame here. It's a goof or something I want to challenge people with. But I'm who I am. You?

Not sure if you answered what I asked.

Anyhow, why would State liquor stores not carry what consumers demand and also why would private stores carry what consumers demand if they didn't want to? Private stores can do what they want for their own reasons--such as blacklist brands for enhanced benefits from other brands--correct?(Shelf placement being a similar example.)
