"succession" en masse
could be accomplished by simply filing an extension on your federal income taxes.
Perfectly legal and would send a message that we've had enough.

The Oligarchy entices you all with goods and services that you do not need, and you agree to pay as much as 25% interest per year on ephemeral pleasures and goods designed to break right after the warranty expires.

You are indebted to the Oligarchy, held in absolute thrall to them in no different fashion than the indentured servant of two hundred years ago.

Except there is no end to the modern 'contract'.

So here is how the Virtual Tea Party works:

Very simply, pay off all credit cards forthwith, and cut all but one (the cheapest, for emergencies) to pieces.

Pay down your mortgage, with double or triple payments.

Do not buy a new (or used) car or other major appliance or fancy toy until you can pay cash for it.

Who knows how many millions of Virtual Rebels it will take to participate thus to break the back of the Oligarchy, but even in small numbers, a Stand For Independence will have been taken, and you will be one of the Rebels, and you don't even have to dress up in feathers and red paint.

BUT you will have bragging rights as a participant in the Virtual Tea Party, plus the money you save and remove from the coffers of the Oligarchy is yours to keep.

Eliminating all Virtual Money from your personal and business finances will remove you the person sitting in your chair, and your family and friends and co-workers who participate from unending enslavement by the omni-powerful Oligarchy.

And when this job is done, you will stand as a Free Individual.

And the Free individual is duty bound to free others, to Empower.

Pass it on...

Federal power grabs started a long time ago, some say with Lincoln, and now we are blessed with the Leviathan known as the Federal government.
I see nullification to be more of a reality than succession - except for maybe Texas, I could see them pursuing that.

Republicans Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan are the first ticket since 1972 that failed to carry their home states.

Tax havens: Do companies pay their fair share?
Time for the greedy to fork over their fair share of taxes.......too many rich scamming the government.

LQQK HERE

http://www.cbsnews.com/8301-504803_162-200472...

Also:

What is not disclosed in the Program are the tax incentives that allow multinationals to lay off people in the USA, shut down plants and move to India and other countries like Canada, that made the Secret Service bus.

Republicans in September 2010 voted as a block to stop a law that would have removed the tax support to Outsource jobs out of the USA. Since, the Multinationals have created 2.9 million jobs overseas and laid off 2.4 million in the USA.

Manufacturing jobs lost in the USA over 7 million.
20% of our kids live in Poverty.
12 million kids are homeless
20% of the GDP goes to the 1%.
We have the lowest Marginal tax rates in history and Congress is not using taxing policies to "Incentivize" Corporations to create jobs in the USA.

People will do anything, including trashing our economy to gain control of Congress and the Whitehouse.

Don't be so sure that will happen, we are starting to figure out who the enemy is, and it is not the President or his party.

The CEO of Cisco made the point several times in his interview that all the other industrialized countries have lowered their tax rates on corporations. You know what else these industrialized countries have done that we don't do? Provide healthcare for all their citizens. If the argument is that we need to be more like other industrialized countries with the way we structure taxes for corporations I say, let's not stop there. Let's provide healthcare for all! The overwhelming cause of families declaring bankruptcy is catastrophic illness. That doesn't happen in other industrialized countries. Think of all the money that corporations loose when people declare bankruptcy and default on their financial obligations. I call on Washington to make a deal. We'll call it the "We want to act like other industrialized countries" bill. There would be something for everyone to like and to dislike (the hallmark of a compromise). The wealthy won't have to worry that so much of their money is going towards taxes and the rest of won't have to worry about loosing everything if we have the misfortune to get sick, or have to choose between taking our sick child to the doctor or buying food for the week! This could be a winner. I totally agree with Cisco's CEO when he says that America need to wake up and be more like other industrialized countries!

Verizon reported $24.2 Billion in pre-tax income for 2009 and 2010, yet paid $0 in federal income tax.
In addition, Verizon actually claimed a refund of $1.3 Billion, earning it a place on what the Washington Times calls the "Tax Evaders' Wall of Shame."
What's really incredible is that Verizon's actions are perfectly legal. The economy is exploiting tax loopholes to get the maximum reward.
Verizon Should Invest in Jobs and Communities
Despite huge profits and a free ride on taxes, Verizon has slashed good jobs our communities need more than ever. It's pulled back on building out high-speed broadband to connect some rural and inner city areas to the future. And it's neglected the copper telephone lines that millions rely on.
Verizon should pay its fair share of the taxes that fund schools, roads, public safety, job training, and so much more. And it should invest in good jobs, quality service, and broadband buildout.
Verizon's five top executives were paid $258 million over the last 4 years. That is over a quarter Billion dollars!

Verizon made 11.6 BILLION dollars in profit in 2009*
Verizon made 10.2 BILLION dollars in profit in 2010*
Verizon made 13.6 BILLION dollars in profit in
2011*
Verizon's Wireless Service is only wireless from your cell phone to the cell tower. The service is connected to Verizon's wireline network at the cell tower. There is only ONE network.

That's right folks ZERO fed tax.........time for big business to pay their fair share.

The carbon tax proposal that has been under discussion at the Treasury Department will be introduced in Congress by one of Obama's congressional supporters, according to CEI.

"Although President Obama repeatedly promised openness and transparency in government, even liberal watchdogs have despaired that his has become one of the most secretive administrations ever," said Horner.

"This administration has attempted to conceal its involvement in this proposal not just until the elections were over but beyond, to the point where disclosure will come too late to meaningfully inform the public.

This shameful lack of transparency must stop, beginning with the administration coming clean about its effort to impose a massive, harmful new energy tax," he said.

Obama has pushed tax cuts for low- and middle-income families and tax increases for the wealthy, arguing that wealthier taxpayers fared well in the past decade, so it's time to pay up.

The nation's wealthiest taxpayers did get big tax breaks under Bush, with the top marginal tax rate reduced from 39.6 percent to 35 percent, and the second-highest rate reduced from 36 percent to 33 percent.

But income tax rates were lowered at every income level.

The changes made it relatively easy for families of four making $50,000 to eliminate their income tax liability.

Here's how they did it, according to Deloitte Tax:

The family was entitled to a standard deduction of $11,400 and four personal exemptions of $3,650 apiece, leaving a taxable income of $24,000. The federal income tax on $24,000 is $2,769.

With two children younger than 17, the family qualified for two $1,000 child tax credits.

Its Making Work Pay credit was $800 because the parents were married filing jointly.

The $2,800 in credits exceeds the $2,769 in taxes,

so the family makes a $31 profit

from the federal income tax.
