Or in the empty former Hollywood Video.
Or in the empty former Starbucks.
Or in the empty space at the former Value City center.
Or in one of the empty storefronts in the North Hanover Mall.
Or in the Capellas Center over on Elm St
Or in Center Square spaces in Hanover.
Or in the Giant Center in South Hanover.

A bigger interceptor is not better interceptor. An automated graese recovery device fits under ant 3-compartment sink. A GRD doent hold rotting brown grease so there is no rank odors. A GRD will outperform any interceptor. They are alot more affordable than digging a giant hole in the ground to accomodate a 3000 gallon tank.
These tanks must have costly scheduled maintenance. The waste from the grease interceptor ends up in a landfill site. Grease from a GRD can be reused for biodiesel.

The grease trap technology has not changed in 100 years.
In the year 2010 there is innovative technology that outperforms the grease trap and interceptor by a long way.

see www.greasetrap.ca

Based on what criteria are borough decisions made on grease trap legislation?

The LMS Commercial Real Estate site has shown that site being occupied with a Roy Rogers for as long as I've seen the plans.( http://www.lms-pma.com/corpFrame.asp... ). Unless they changed the plans to put a Chick Fil A instead of the Roy Rogers (which I woud be all for), then later canceled the Chick Fil A, I otherwise do not think a Chick Fil A was ever planned for that spot. Either way, no construction has started in that site (that I have noticed) so it's tough to say what may have happened or what might be happening.

Roy Rogers is so 1970's - early 80's. My family and I always travel down to the Westminster location for a Saturday lunch. Chick-fil-a is a lot more than just the chicken, fries are by far the best that fast food joints have to offer and the same with their milkshakes too. It'd be a boon to this town to not have a Chick-fil-a but yet 20 more banks, cell phone stores, and etc.

The Chic-Fil-A was always planned for the parking lot in front of Kohl's (beside McDonalds). It is approved but I'm not sure when they will begin construction.

Roy Rogers is looking at the lot beside LongHorn but I don't think they have signed an agreement yet.
