Trucker Hanover, PA	Reply » \| Report Abuse \| Judge it! \| #4 Nov 1, 2012 I agree 100% that cleanup is needed aand perhaps the Borough is making headway in adopting new ordinances regarding property. Than on ths flip side when they start enforcing the new ordinances again people will complain they are being picked on. If you look around at the vacant properties and check ownership send them fines there is one of two things that will happen. First the landlord lives in another State and you can't go after them second the fines are cheaper than fixing the property. End result will be if the Borough demolishes or repairs the property we the taxpayer will be paying for it so are we ready for that? Bettwe look out for waht you wish for
