Sadly, you have a point.

Too many of the PA High Schools are still backward in their attitudes;with teachers that are just as dumb as the kids they teach;except that us taxpayers pay them an average of $80-100,000 per year for 9 months of teaching 'bull-shit.'

Why would a lawsuit work best? It costs the teacher that committed the offense nothing that money is payed out of the tax payers coffers. The only people to lose would be well, everyone. The teacher did the crime only the teacher should pay the dime. Suing the "system" serves only greed, suing the teacher serves justice.
