Route 94 traffic lights

Two lights 500 feet apart is stupid. I see more accidents happening then anything. There are other intersection in the twp that could use a light. Like Hobart road or Shorbs Hill Rd.

How do I report a traffic light that has been out for a week on Rte 94 at Meadow Lane? I live in MD but work in Hanover. Thanks.

Easiest way is to call 911 and report it.
