Definitely not part of a "ring" dumbass. Probably just used to getting their way and when the first insurance company said no, they tried his moms and it's fraud cause the shit was stolen in York not from his moms.

Yeah I wish topix existed back in 1989. Does anyone remember local attorney John Lingg? Went to federal prison for check kiting. Found out recently it was much more--a big cocaine ring involving some of the richest people in Hanover. The local papers never reported the truth. It only appeared briefly on Harrisburg Tv before a plea bargain for check kiting made the whole thing disappear. Joann Bauer (Johnson) Dr Tom Toner and Paul Pazula were all involved. It never came out.

This town is quite corrupt and has been for years. The Baxter Group is John Lingg's main business now and develops much of the Section 8 and some other housing development here. Closely linked to Trone Reality. There's probably still much corruption involved.
