I have extensively researched all the candidates (beyond the misleading info the media presents) and Ron Paul is the only one who will get my vote. He's been consistent for 3+ decades, served in the military so he is NOT a chicken hawk like the rest, has studied economic policy his entire career and understands how the Federal Reserve is destroying our currency (inflation, high gas prices, etc), he has the best foreign policy - not one that involves further bankrupting our country with trillions in spending to police-the-world and operate over 600 bases in 100+ countries, he is connected to ZERO lobbyists, is not tied to Wall St bankers, he is the only one with an actual plan to immediately cut the federal budget (as opposed to cutting future increases as the others propose), he is against the NDAA - indefinite detention of US Citizens (unlike Mitt)... the list goes on and on.

I've heard all the fallacies, smear campaign and fear mongering distorted half truths about his policies so don't bother responding unless you have an extensively and in depth understanding of his true policies... perhaps try reading his books before responding with things that will make you sound not so intelligent.

Wake up America! Stop listening to the filth main stream media is spoon feeding you! It's either Ron Paul or our country continues down the path toward bankruptcy, devaluation of our currency,'blowback' from the failed foreign policy we've tried for decades, and more and more involvement of the federal govt in our life destroying our civil liberties.

Notes on other candidates:

Mitt - just watch 'Mitt v Mitt' on Youtube. McCann successfully destroyed Mitt with this... how easy will it be for Obama to do the same. Plus Romneycare is the blueprint for Obamacare.

Santorum - gave Congressional award to Sandusky AFTER he was a known pedophile. He voted for the Abortion Clinic Access bill. He voted to raise the debt ceiling 5 times. He voted to double the size of federal govt in public education. He was the number one supporter of Arlen Specter - the guy who wanted to make the GOP pro-abortion and then switched parties to become the winning vote on Obamacare. Santorum stole money from PA to educate his kids while they were really living in VA. He also has a 'google problem' do to his radical views.

Newt - bankrupt/campaign 4.5 mil in debt, took millions lobbying for Freddie during peak of housing bubble, cheated on all his wives, campaigned with Pelosi, supported the bailouts, could not even get on the ballots for all the states including his home state of VA, was run out as House Speaker even with R's in the majority.
