Tried to buy a house on 143 and found out the agent(owner) was telling lies! Said he did not own it,the square footage wrong,the taxes wrong and said the siding was new(NOT).Found out he lied to the town also. The list goes on.Where does it end? Lost a lot of money to get out of this,but it's better the buying a money pit!
