My family and I were out in Port Arthur/Winnie this past Saturday (Sept 20)and the area is bad. The stench of sewer is beyond disgusting. There is loose cattle walking along hwy 73. Anahuac was hit pretty hard so I dont believe any your family members will be staying at home as there is no running water or eletricity in this entire area. Check the local shelter for family members at American Legion Hall, 1704 S. Main, Anahuac, Texas 77514. It did not list a number though. Mr. Estes please check out this website for shelters in the Hankamer area. www.houstonredcross.org

That site should be able to help you locate family members if they are in a shelter.

Donald and Betty Webb are doing fine. They lost their home are are staying in their RV by Fort Anahuac Park. Betty works at Security State Bank. Try calling here there.
