This case should concern our entire community. What does it mean when the legal system completely ignores the death of a young and talented man? The assailant should be held responsible for his actions...he violated Kapali Swamy's rights and killed him. If the assailant walks away with no repercussion, then there is a major problem in our legal system. There should be no tolerance for hurting another person. Punches with a fist are still a weapon. Our community should not looked the other way.
