in no way shape or form was justice served. try being the mother of an 18 year old boy who lost his life before he even got a chance to live it. then getting the news that someone responsible for your sons death isn't even going to spend time in jail for her horrible actions. victor and his family were all cheated out of so much more than i think people realize and calling her punishment ''justice'' is complete bullshit.

Time out jsutice has been served by a juror of her peers, everyone in this situation has hurt including the parents and family of Edith along with the parents and family of Victor. Nobody won in this situation....NOBODY.....

Edith did not hang anyone...but James Chapman and others may have. The Oneonta PD is neck deep in a lot of dirty dealings. And it is about to hit the proverbial FAN!

Edith is too ittle to hang anyone, she didnt act LONE AND this would not have hsppened if not because of drugs but Victor was on drugs before he met Edith. ALL people on drugs are just plain wrong it makes them do things they wouldnt normally do, and I think Victor took the drugs without being forced, it was his choice......

Lora....it is James Chapman, and the fools he employs on the Oneonta PD. Sorry, but it is true. He does not know it...but he and the PD are about to go down!!!
They have done too much to too many people. The ACLU are investigating. Also, another agency.

If this is true and I do take your words for it, then maybe that is just what Oneonta needs, is a complete new police system that is not corrupt.
