The ruling hasn't been filed with the Court yet probably because it got "Lost In The Mail", Like everything else that is sent to the Clerks Office.

The Courthouse Elite are finally coming forward because their minions have failed to do their bidding in getting rid of the Supervisors that they can not control.

Remember that the last 20 homes that sold in the Ware District for over a million dollars were undervalued on their assessments to the tune of $286,000 in lost county tax revenue per year. These people that are used to controling this county were saving on average $14,000 yearly on their property taxes!!!

Its all about money afterall. This coalition has the money (as pocket change when you think about it) to come to the next BOS meeting and hand the county a check for all the costs so far. This would then allow them to pursue the "First Admendment Case" on pure motives without it being about the petitioners being "fined". If this is appealed and the petitioners sanction is overturned...the whole county then gets to pay the whole bill. That law is on the books and that part of Parkers ruling will not be overturned. Think about it...

Gee, where are all the FAB FOUR supporters postings to this story?

I guess the 150 people that are members of the Gloucester Coaliation are not quite as "dumb and stupid as the 40"...and BoS supporters are probably shocked by this group coming out to support the 40!

Even IF Mr. Emmert were to be co- counsel, the ACLU will adjust
some attitudes that " were not cognate" to the petitions, the People, the abuse the BOS have brought to Virginia.

To petition is a historical right, a primary right.
The Fundamental rights that have been abused, can NOT be denied here.

Prove your last sentence can not be sanctioned though.

The only 'elitists' involved in this whole thing are those that thought they could sneak around and set up the county for their own purposes.

Whats next showed up using yet another name. He probably will post using even more names.

I would say that they BOS members are a little shaken because if the citizens prevail they might just be in for the entire $120,000 that they authorized by hiring the sky's the limit fees attorneys. Let's see 120,000 divided by 4 equals $30,000 each. TA might have to stop getting her hair done.

I hope Parker does something very very wrong again. Minutes from the court reporter can find out IF he is changing his language.

But, then again, his entire language can be had by the Press to print publically. TD jump on that one, lets see if Parker is going to sell out someone. &
Parker getting grants to buy "personal properties".......another issue of interest.

Jump on that one TD, you are one of the best, along with Matt. Tell it to us straight up, that is how most people like it.

Without that "tie breaker" the four wanted to appoint, the tax payers won't owe a thing. The vote will be 3 for and 3 against......It will fail.

The BOS supporters are not shocked at all. We were just wondering why it took them this long. Oh that's right...Peggy Bowditch, David Peebles, Breck Ingles, Adriene Joseph, Hal McVey, Danny Stuck, etc were hoping that they could stay in the background and pull strings like they always do. But now that the little people failed, they will get involved. Why...to keep this stirred as much as possible to influence the next election so that their puppets reassume the majority on the Board.

Here is a prediction for you: Next election; Altemus loses or does not run. Weisel (courthouse elite wannabe) runs unopposed for Allen's seat. Theberge runs unopposed and the voting on the board goes 4-3 on everything and for some reason...it will no longer be news.

All these people that are opposed to the 4-3 vote on the board now...it was never an issue since 2003 yet the majority of the votes since that time have been 4-3. Where was Morales telling the board to work together then?

Shall we guess what the outrage is going to be or should be plan an "oyster" roast?

The judge will realize his mistake or the higher courts will reverse his ruling.

The case against the four supervisors will be reopened and they will be found guilty.

They court will remove the four supervisors.

The people will then elect four ethical, honest citizens who want to serve the people not themselves.

The supporters of the four corrupt supervisors will slink into the darkness that they crawled out of.
