A man has turned himself in to police to face charges related to the theft of copper wiring from Dominion Power substations in Hampton and Newport News .

2 What a shame. These men had everything handed to them, doors opened, and good jobs for the asking. People down in Newport News begging for jobs. Instead they chose to follow a path of crime. Can't help but wonder what sort of parents raised kids like this. |

They will probably get another slap on the hand because they turned themselves in. They should be punished to the fullest plus some extra for all crimes committed. People are getting away with too much of their wrongdoings, that is some of the reason for so much violence and stealing in the world today.

What if they kicked out the hospital power and killed people in surgery? Or if the police network were affected during the backup power startup.
