Police had a 100% homicide detection rate in '07 and so far in '08

The weekend arrest of Elaine Clarke, 38, in the May 1 killing of Tyrone Adkinson, 36, means that suspects have been arrested in all four city homicides so far this year.

What about Zero tolerance for violent crime in general? So he's not going to take an aggressive approach to those beaten by mob or with baseball bats? Stabbing victims are ok to increase 10% as long as we have 0 tolerance to gunshot wounds?

They have to be tolerant to the crime the courts are so back logged. Especailly in hampton.... who do we blame for the lack of judges.... GEAR!

Is that why the judges took off 3 days last week to attend a conference (convention) in Richmond? You post make little to no sense.
