Nasty!! When is the world going to wake up and stop treating infants and children who grow into adults like a freaking commodity?!?! I'm so sick of people walking over the rights of children to fullfill their own needs. Everyone in this is guilty but the child. Either way he/she would grow up without one natural parent, people have been putting money on the price of his/her existance and possession. There is a lawsuit over who owns him/her. This is awful. WAKE UP AMERICA. Surrogacy is wrong to the rights of the child. YOU GUYS ARE PLAYING WITH PEOPLES LIVES. Wake UP.

I agree with you.

I have never seen more screwed up and frightening people than those who buy and sell babies and call it....surrogacy....BRACK!

These people need help.

I agree with both of you but all in all if he does have to pay child support then he does have parental rights as well,so if he plays his cards rite and from what thier saying this lady doesn't deserve the child anyway and it'll be a real pain in the a.. for her to meet him halfway to where ever he lives so he can have his visition and what ever else is in the custidy agreement.I put my money on the fact that this will end up with the little girl living at her fathers house within 7 years.

The woman should be thrown in jail for her actions. She is obviously a bad parent and should be forced to have her tubes tied.

That's a pretty good scam for the mother. If he is fairly well off she uses the child to gain support for herself. If a person is going to use a child as and object, she should lose custody of that child. It is really sick to abuse an infant for your own gain.

Oh come on. They won't force anyone to tie up tubes. Drugs, alcohol, multiple premies that turn into million dollar babies all on medicaid. They can reproduce over and over at taxpayer expense.

This is truely a case of fraud! I can not believe any judge should see it any other way. Money hungry people will do anything to make it as long as they don't have to physically work for it. Poor baby, being caught up in the middle, with a parent so money hungry.

Me thinks there is something personal between you and Kelly Kid. You seem to go out of your way to degrade her every chance you get. This thread has nothing to do with that case at all. Please go start your own "HATERS" thread with "it's a shame". The two of you can say all the nasty things you want about anyone and everyone. I promise I will not post on it, so you can save your "scroll on" garbage.

Another reason that adoption would have been a better choice.

I agree with you. It's like selling a body part, which is highly illegal. The woman who carried the child sold the use of her uterus. Calling it surrogacy, in my view, is a legal loophole for selling yourself in some form. I understand wanting a biological child. However, if that isn't your lot in life, then there are plenty of children available for adoption (even newborns).
