One of the greatest things about this country is that we have the right to our own opinion and the freedom to express it.
Obviously there are more details than in the reports. I give her a lot of credit for pursuing this and maybe stopping it from happening to someone else. There are many forms of bully’s out there. Buying a car should not be this difficult.

You have to admit, I'd be ticked off as well, to be told to come up with an additional $2000 - ahh, the joys of buying a car !

Well, I didn't read that she threw herself around only that Mike Ralph fushed her into a glass wall which Ralph's attorney expectedly denies. It dose seem however that the Ralph's do tend to treat women less kindly there, which considering that women do most of the money spending, isn't a good idea. Especially when tens of thousands of dollars are at stake let alone lawsuits. Not to mention that it just isn't right to begin with. well, I guess my wife and I won't be looking at a car there any time soon. It's a shame too. With taxes, we were actually thinking about getting into the market for another car. Not there though.

you are so righ. Way too much competition out there for a messy reputation. I'm sure the other Honda/Pontiac dealers are frothing at the mouth now. Unfortunately, in that business, Professional, friendly, courtesy and the big lower prices is a must. He should of eaten that $2000, because i'm betting he'll lose more than that in business from this bad PR

lol, I'd have to be high to think I'm throwing money at those fools. Hell, the way the economy is going and the crap they're doing I don't give them a year until we see another dealership on that lot.

Automotive Dealer Pleads Guilty to Harassment of a Female Customer! Michael Ralph on behave of Ralph Pontiac Inc. 3939 west Ridge Road in the town of Greece was charged with Assault and Harassment of a female customer. After a confrontation which occurred while she was attempting to pick up her new 2007 Honda Ridgeline on December 30th 2006.The female customer refused to comply with the dealers demand for additional funds for the vehicle over and above the contracted and agreed upon pricing. Due to the confrontation she was taken by ambulance to Unity hospital for treatment and released later the same day. Michael Ralph plead guilty to a plea bargain of harassment in Greece Town Court on September 4th 2007.When he appeared in front of Justice Gino Nitti who had already issued an restraining ordered against Michael Ralph in this matter . Justice Nitti also ordered Michael Ralph to write a letter of apology
