The SP are just mad because Bucky is always one step ahead of them. The are blowing alot of smoke about this gun. Why DIDN'T THEY DUST THE CAR FOR PRINTS. In the begining the cop didn't see anything, but they put preasure on him and two weeks later, wow it was BUCKY what a supraise. Well if they want help from us in Chautauqua County, WE SEE NOTHING HERE. There is no FREE DONUTS so go HOME, and leave us alone and an innocent man to live his life. When YOU CAN SHOW US PROOF, your words mean NOTHING to us, then we might help. UNTIL THEN.

do you have any proof that he dident shoot the cop

they found his backpack with the gun identified to the shooting on the trooper.

I was harassed by the SP this morning. Apparently the SP doesn't think the public has been pissed-off enough by their imcompetence. Lucky it's not Bin-Laden they're looking for.

After Trooper Flowers was done with me I was looking for Bucky to give him a ride and buy him breakfast.

I'm staying off the ATV this weekend!
It's shoot first,...oops not Bucky.

So many of the people feel the same way. Before they were harrassed they didn't really care one way or another just tired of hearing bucky, bucky bucky. Once they've been harrassed its like ok bucky I'll help you out since I'm getting shit for no reason anyway. No wonder your on the run!

This is the main reason I believe that the NYSP really do not want to catch Phillips.

They have not given the citizens motivation to help them capture him, more so to passively agressively retaliate unwarrented abuse and defamation of character.

Caching, Caching , the overtime $$$$$$$$$ pay is wonderful in these times of high gas prices and tanking economy.

You got it right there. I think that is why they keep "seeing" him but no bucky to be had. It would mean the end of their extra cash flow. Sad but true. With all of this we almost had him but he got away again makes them look like complete asses. But hey they probably took a vote and decided they were willing to lose face for the "bucks". They will just try to get it back some other time.

These state troopers are on the same level of incompetence as Rosco P Coltrane from Dukes of Hazzard. They have no right to waive pistols at innocent drivers or from what I hear, harrassing Bucky's 5 year old grandson this spring. As for t shirts and Bucky burgers...it's called "Freedom of speech." For the troopers to pressure the owner of "Grandma's Place" to discontinue the Bucky burger, they show how lost ,arrogant, and incompetent they are. Instead of taking frustrations out on innocent civilians, they should focus on their job at hand. Next time I'm down in the Southern Tier, I'll probably see the late Sorrell Booke (Boss Hogg) standing outside the state trooper barracks scratching his head why Rosco, I mean the state troopers, can't find him.
