Slum Landlord

I am a Slum Landlord, I own property at 314 Haldimand Avenue, Hamilton, Ohio. I have no respect for my neighbors as I leave my trash piled up at the street curb all week. I have the Health Department called on myself constantly since I have no regard for my property. I leave my backyard grow high with weeds so that it takes me weeks to clean it up when ordered to do so. I wi8ll rent to anyone who does not mind high grass and weeds. You must promise to leave the outside a mess with garbage piled high to up hold my reputation.
