So who is this guy anyway? What the heck - married for 18 years, great Dad, great Husband, awesome Cousin - there has to be something wrong with him - oh yeah - you're related to me! LOL Love ya!

The above comment was something that I did as my cousin Byron "Brian" and I joked about him not having anything come up when he Googled himself. Yesterday 5/7/2009, the cousin that I loved so dearly-took his own life. I will forever have a piece of myself missing now that he is gone and I loved his with all of my heart. I will miss you so much Brian and will love you for the rest of my life. > Rhonda Sue

Well everything she said was true but theres no way to express how great of a guy he was. No matter what the situation was he could always brighten the mood. He really was a great husband and even more importantly the greatest dad ever. He ment so much to me and he will be missed very dearly

Taylor, I am so sorry. You are an incredible young man and I ask you to NOT let this loss define your life as your Grandpa's death did your Dad's. You have so much to offer this world and all of us that are so blessed to have you - PLEASE always be who YOU are and don't ever walk in anyone's shadow because as you know, in the end, it will destroy you. Your Dad was truly my favorite person in the world and I loved him so much. I only wish I had been there more. I love you Taylor.

Thank you. I know how amazing he was and i will not try to walk in his shadow but i hope i can continue to touch peoples lives like he did because he truely was an amazing person and he taught me so much about life and he helped me become the man i am today. I will always remember how great he was and how much he taught me, most importantly crying is for sissys lol.

I met Byron through Mazda and he was a great person. I'm in shock and I'm sure he will be missed. He took care of me with my car issues and went above and beyond. I only knew him for a short time but the short time I knew him what a stand out great guy. I work for Verizon and took care of him in return for how much he helped me. You will be Missed Byron and thank you for every thing you did for me.

Taylor...we are are here for you. I will miss your Dad alot, he was a great friend for a long time...

Thanks Drue you really did an amazing job with the service and me and my family really appreciate it and im just glad that my dad is no longer in pain and is finally in peace because i know he is up in heaven with god. You proved that to me with the conversation you had with my mom. I just really hope she is able to make is through this, she is really having a rough time and theres not really much i can do to help except be here for her.

Hello Taylor. Just wanted to tell you I love you. I am here ALWAYS, please never hesitate to call, write or stop over. Please tell Misty I am here for her in any way she needs me even if it's just to take the boys to a movie or for the weekend. I still can't comprehend that this has happened - I hope you know what your Dad meant to me - I loved him more than anyone in the world besides my children - and still I wasn't there for him when he needed me. I will never forgive myself for that.

You can't blame yourself for what happened. It was no ones fault it was just a very sad event that happened and it has hurt a lot of people but no one can blame them self for this. This for me though has made me a stronger person and i think and hope it will bring alot of people closer.

Your father as you know was my world and I am in the dark and lost without him, but I am working very hard to get back to as much of normal as I can. Please take care of youself and don't worry that's my job.

Your Dad was an amazing friend, father and husband. He wasn't too bad of a brother-in-law too.I will miss your Dad more than anyone will ever know. Anyone that knew Brian, knew he would always make you laugh. It is a comfort to know that he is with the people he missed dearly, which were his father and mother.Taylor I LOVE YOU will all of my heart and will always be here for you and the rest of the gang.Know that your Dad lived every day for you, Morgan, Lane, Dalton and your Mom. and alls you gotta think is here has finally met Elvis he is probably making him sing non stop for him Elvis is probably gonna loose his voice hes sang so much. Plus hes out of pain he can run and ride a bike and do everything he couldnt do down here on earth. Daddys happy his only regret is leaving us all here to suffer. Plus do you know what daddy is gonna tell us that we cry too much and him and papaw will call us a bunch of sissy's but thats my daddy for ya.... hes the best daddy in he world and if anyone ever says different they gotta deal with me...:) But he acted all big and strong but hes as soft as a teddy bear... hes amazing and i honestly know in my heart that the medicine finally drove him to it hat mixed with the pain in his back finally got to him so bad. But no matter what he didnt mean to leave us so technically it was just one big terrible and tragic accident....
