Ex-bank manager gets sentenced for theft

shame on her for stealing in order to keep him...look what he did to her...this man as hurt so many people he has been cheating since the day he got married,he would go with anybody as long they give him attention...anyone that dindnt give him the attention he craved he would make up lies about them and sleander them to other people it was always about him center of attention... dont be fooled by his charming personality its all a front...he cant be trusted ...you cant trust a pathological liar everything is always about them you are just a object to them.

he will pay dearly for what he has done to all the victims he lft behind...for all those inocent woman that believed him and used them all the mental abuse he inflited on them,maybe this was the best thing that happened to her she will get the help she needs...i read she didnt even want to wait for her centecing she wanted to be taken away that day,i guess it shows she wanted to get away from him from all the mental abuse he infited on her she finaly got smart and divorced him.

Bank theft it will happen again and again, because they don't pay the employees what they deserved, they looked at all those accounts that have no activity for years and they know that sooner or later The bank it's going to use that money for themselves, or the State.The owners have been dead for awhile...!

Pay these people a decent salary and you will see how honesty works...!

I heard the name on the radio & couldn't believe my ears, I thought to myself it has to be a different Patricia Ariano. After reading the story I am in shock to say the very least. I used to work w/ her many years ago & would never in a million years think she could or would do such a crazy & stupid thing!! Then to find that she was caught once before & did it again is even more insane & shocking. Although I don't know the circumstances or the family situation, I can't imagine what they must be going through. I feel for them & I do wish her well.

In Shock, I used to work for this woman and she is a HORRIBLE person. Very hostile, bullied constantly, and my work life an uncomfortable living hell.Enjoy your prison stay Pat, you nasty fat disgusting warthog!!!!!!!!!!

Another reason why employers should NOT allow embezzlers to strike a deal and pay them back in return for no arrest. Some businesses don't want the publicity that comes with having had an embezzlement and so they sometimes don't have the person arrested. The Ridgefield Bank acted irresponsibly is letting this woman loose to get another job where she made off with even more money. This case should be used to push for a new law requiring all employers to report embezzlements. It is good pubic policy and will save future victims.

Just for the record, I am a relative of Patty Ariano and let me tell you...she is a self-absorbed, spoiled, nasty b***ch. She is not divorced as some have said. She stayed with Frank and allowed his behavior because she felt no one else would have her and she is right. She always had to put on the airs. She let her husband get away with what he got away with. He is sooooo sleazy. I would rather not be married at all then to be married to a guy like Frank Ariano. She is a pig!!!!!!! She got what she deserved. And, btw, there was a stint at People's Bank too..that was left out of her employment history. Her daughter's are spoiled brats...Rachel is her father all the way. Alisha at least is a bit more down to earth, but, she has had gastric bypass, too many designer items to ever list etc...so, the girls have reaped the benefits of their mother's actions too. I hope she rots in jail. She should have gotten the 30 years that was the proposed sentence. You reap what you sow.

After reading the comments all I can say is WOW. Its been over 20 years that I worked w/ her. The only thing I did know was that the girls were spoiled brats. I don't know how much of what is said in the comments are true b/c I never dealt w/ her on a personal level or outside of work, but back then I obviously did NOT know or see the kind of person you all say she & the family have become. So I will leave it as that & not speculate. I will re-iterate what Help Us" said & it rings true for ALL, "You reap what you sow".

for her to say these things about these people they must have done something to her,people don't react like this unless they been hurt.

they are both criminals she stole the money,he knew what was going on they took advantage of dead people...how low can you get...they all walked around like there shit didn't stink they have no shame, he stayed married to her because the money was rolling in...he still has no shame he used his so..called friends and then stabbed them in the back by going around gossiping about them then telling his friends other people were spreading rumors about them, to make himself look good.all the while he and his wife both liars they are both the same she covered his ass.

i think you should wait until she gets out of jail maybe she will play the part herself she needs the money,and give frankie boy a part in the movie,because he sure needs the money so he could pay back all the people he owes money too,poor frankie is going around playing the victim as always he is not at falt but we know better frankie, she asked for the divorce, you never wanted one because...then you would have no one to abuse or control.
