If you can't get the town to support your private venture (publc/private sports complex)threaten them with fear of a lawsuit! Voters rejected the plan in April so this group acquired 2200 signatures and presented them to the town board. The voters said NO so like a spoiled child they come back and threaten the board with the idea that the facility we have now is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Spend your own money not mine to build your private venue.
