Review: Bella Pizza

Almost every time that i order from Bella in Hamburg there is something wrong with it. A few examples are: I ordered 30 fingers - 5 hot and 25 bbq. I received 15 bbq and 15 garlic Parm. So i returned them and to fix the order they redipped the garlic parm. fingers. The fingers that they redipped in bbq were fine but the ones they redipped in hot sauce were horrible. So i returned them again and told them they also forgot my blue cheese which has happened every time i have ordered fingers from there. They always short me blue cheese with double wing orders or more. Another time i ordered a sheet pizza with extra sauce and there was raw dough in the middle. Another time i ordered a sub and the roll was literally black. Another time i ordered two tacos with just beef, cheese and lettuce and they charged me for double cheese and double lettuce and which only one of them had double cheese and double lettuce on it. My friends have had many problems as well. So i think i learned my lesson i will only order from Bella in hamburg unless it is an extremely basic order anything more complicating i will go to Brunners around the corner. I recommend dining in there to reduce the chances of them screwing up your order. If you do order out check your food before you leave. P.S. the workers and the day manager get very defensive if you accuse them of messing up your order so beware!

we had a very large order for a party of 60,all of the food was hot and good.they delivered to chestnut ridge park and were on time.they were all nice .we eat there and love it.
