Why is city hall moving, to a building in just as bad a shape has the building they are in now. The "new" city hall, needs a new roof, over $150,000.00, a new a/c unit, and has foundation problems. For the cost + repairs, you think the city could build a "NEW" city hall. As with other ventures with the city of Yoakum, or tax dollars at work. Look at the water well at the city park, still pumping out sulfur water after 3 years and over $300,000 above the $500,000 to drill the well.
