Ok first of all, I hate to be negative Nancy, but how close did you all read the first paragraph of this story? Tell me what is wrong with it? And this is a lovely Idea wonder how long it will take to be built? 5-10 years?

Who's going to wind up paying for this? I see good old Kaiser's going to throw in a cool million, wonder how much it's going to cost? Man, I just can't wait for another tax increase! Wait a minute, don't we have a budget problem?

This would be great if it really happens this way. Ever heard of state (Oklahoma) taxes? DUH. It would be really nice to have this, but there are so many other things that we NEED. Not that would be nice to have. It's time to get priorities in order and stop wasting what resources we have, and take care of needs first.

Gather donations, sock those away and only when the economy turns around do the citizens need to consider this. It's a "nice to have" but far from a "need". Basics are a struggle at this point.

Daily Horoscope for January 7

Cancer

You feel the urge to move onward, powered by your wisdom: when you're right, you're right. You may feel that any further explanation is unnecessary, but the people you're dealing with might need it spelled out for them. Take the time to draw a picture or use smaller vocabulary words to get your point across, Cancer. A public demonstration will probably prove to be the last word on the subject.
