And welcome sir to the arena where what you don't say may easily be parlayed into what you did with wolfes nipping at your heels with a word misconstrued, miss-spelled or errantly applied. I don't recall the dechames being political at base, so your interest intrigues me, in particular your "vision of improvement" and more particularly your work background up to this point, where you may preside at the moment, what supports you financially and where this vision of improvement exceeds those of Dedrick and those preceeded him. Shortly, quantify annd qualify your ambitions for Ti (less your flagging yet earnest attempts to get the down town juiced again}, an endeavor might be well put on hold while you stroke the community for potential votes.

I remember Choo Choo! I went to school with him at St. Mary's as well.
He's the guy for the job most definitely. I feel very confidant that my old home town will prosper under his very guided care.
The best to you, Choo Choooooo

Chooch will be a wonderful leader for our community, He's well versed in everything we need and want as a group and he's willing to put forth the effort it takes to make things happen. I feel that he'll guide us in the right direction and will be a great example. You've got my vote for sure!

Knowing his mild manner and sweet boyish looks as well as his mamas quaint accent and lovely demeanor dont make for a St. Marys grad stepping in without hard data and a substantial financial background, less perhaps the envelope of funds the family continues to rely on from Ft. Ti.----but nonetheless, as an eager member of the downtown rebirth, his coming forth at this time does well in political jargon to set the stage for elsewise eager bats and dragons to qualify and quantify their dreams and desires, with a financial plan to get it done. Chooch----now that you've declared--- sword in hand, the family name at sake----------

I know he has education, which is great! But does he have expedience with the people he is going to need to lead?

He really needs to learn how to build roads and then plow them. Then he needs to learn how to maintain sewer systems. Then he needs to learn how to arrest people. Then how to provide clean drinking water to everyone, and make sure we comply with EPA guidelines! I forgot about the youth, the lawn mowing, the library, and all the other headaches he needs to deal with. Taxes go up every year also, so deal with that too!

If he thinks he is the right man, let him run! I would never want that job with all the problems. If there is a naive person willing to fall into that slot and be the scapegoat, good for him! Hopefully he can come in with a strong hand and know how each and every aspect of this town operates!

He just needs to be able to know he is getting into a wide variety of subjects he needs to be knowledgeable about. I'm not sure if he is there yet?

This Fort Ticonderoga man is not material for Supervisor of the Town of Ticonderoga. Does he have any WORK experience at all? No way, not supporting him.

Nah! wouldn't pay the start up cost he owes me--you know with that limited pick-up he drives with the sale sticker still on the window? I just heard from Johnny Pajonny who married his second wife while he was in that dam iron lung over in Burlington that he plans a Senate run this year . just to break the silly impasse or run for gov on the limited ticket in 2010. Once I get Choooch squared away and enthroned and hopefully paid, my direction will turn state side where the Loon will hopefully lead the already looney.

I think we've had enough of "expedience" in out town thanks very much, I HOPE you meant "experience".(Though it was very funny your way.)
I totally disagree with some other statements, though.
He really needs to learn how to build roads and then plow them. Then he needs to learn how to maintain sewer systems. Then he needs to learn how to arrest people. Then how to provide clean drinking water to everyone, and make sure we comply with EPA guidelines!
--
No he does not need to know how to do this, he needs to know who does and who can and if they don't and can't he needs to know how to either make them "do" or make them "go".
I forgot about the youth, the lawn mowing, the library, and all the other headaches he needs to deal with. Taxes go up every year also, so deal with that too!
--
What constitutes "dealing" in your opinion?
If he thinks he is the right man, let him run! I would never want that job with all the problems. If there is a naive person willing to fall into that slot and be the scapegoat, good for him!
---
Now here you seem to have taken another road entirely? You want a supervisor with naivete or experience, or ability?(I choose to try for the latter.) I won't waste my vote on a scapegoat.
Hopefully he can come in with a strong hand and know how each and every aspect of this town operates!
---
This isn't a bad requirement.
He just needs to be able to know he is getting into a wide variety of subjects he needs to be knowledgeable about. I'm not sure if he is there yet?
Yes I understand you aren't sure, after all we haven't heard very much at all "yet". And after all, we have no reason to believe there will actually be a choice of candidates, yet. I am encouraged, and believe this guy will be an improvement.

I hope for this man's sake that he has broad shoulders as it seems that no one in public office can do anything right. I hope he has a full understanding of what he is getting into... nothing but complaints, personal attacks and down right meaness. Good luck to him as he embarks on this endeavor.

Most reassuring I beg you. the man hasen't had a nosebleed or a self inflicted hormonal ejactulation since 62' when he met Phyliss Clover, a young cuban whom denied his awkward advances and moved forward with her life selling street drugs and mere sniffs of her panties next to Agway or the toilet at Sharkeys where Choosh first fell in love---but she's now working with me, getting his speaking agenda worked out while I sit home whacking out his campaign speeches and arrannging for his 21st boyscout jamboree at Ft. ti. where he as head emcee will lead the troops in the scouts pledge--"On my honor I will do my best---etc.--- and host a toga keg party for the current Town Board with Mike Connery and Andy Powvorsnick giving the troops a pep talk on devotion to duty and why it's nice and comfy to be a republican in Essex county.

Daily Horoscope for January 7

Libra

Remember that life isn't all fun and games: handle your responsibilities first, then plan how to have a good time. Your impulses, once you yield to them, will have a tendency to lead you further and further from where you need to be. Make sure you lock the door behind you before disappearing; when you're in this kind of mischievous mood, you probably won't want anyone else to know where you're going.
