Judge it!
Many people are sick with many strains of the flu. St. Francis de Sales in Barrington and many local parishes should not shake hands during signs of peace because there are people who are sick and spreading to those who cannot afford to be sick.(Also, shaking hands during Mass in not Catholic anyway)
Last year a woman next to be in Barrington was coughing and hacking. When sign of peace came around I was like should I refues toshake her germy hands or should I shake. Well , I shook her germy hand and was sick for a long time after that.
