Dogs and cats are good eating just ask any Vietnamese or Chinese. The estra dogs and cats could be rounded up and given to them as I am sure they would appreciate the free meat. Obama has increased unemployment so much that it is making it tough on a lot of people, so they cant afford to feed them so this would be a good way to get rid of them.
