Building housing development, in a country setting?

There is a plan afoot to build a housing development North of Celina, there is only farm and ranches in this area, now some joker wants to take 10 acres and stick a bunch of cheap houses.
We all moved out to Celina to have a country living feeling.Now this joker wants to mess all of the neighborhood with more house than in a mile radus. If people wanted to live in a crunched neighborhood the would have stayed in the big city?

I hear you about country living. I don't understand how someone can live in Frisco, Plano, etc I'll go crazy.

Is this near Wild Woods Estates?
