George Payne's attorney is CY FANACA. He was also the campaign manager for George Payne in the last two elections.

WAYNE TISDALE was George Payne's financial adviser in his last 2 campaigns.

JOHN HEATH was George Payne's treasurer for his last 2 campaigns.

Currently, CY FANACA is George Payne's attorney.

Currently, WAYNE TISDALE is George Payne's insurance agent.

Currently, JOHN HEATH is George Payne's accountant.

Let's put this in perspective......

Currently, MELVIN BRISOLARA has agreed to keep the PAYNES employed if he is elected.

Currently, CY FANACA is MELVIN BRISOLARA'S campaign manager.

Currently, WAYNE TISDALE is MELVIN BRISOLARA'S finacial adviser.

Currently, JOHN HEATH is MELVIN BRISOLARA'S treasurer.

All the same people that support George Payne are working now for Melvin Brisolara. Am I the only one who see's this? Why in the world would anyone support BRISOLARA if they know this? Do people not read this and put this together? Over the last three months, I have seen BRISOLARA in George Payne's office at least 4 times. Why is this?

Voter's..... please consider this when you vote August 28th. And more importantly.... please vote!

Are your kidding me??????

I did not know this! I don't think anyone knows this! I guess since the Sun Herald is supporting Brisolara, they wouldn't let us know that. I actually had a hard time deciding between Brisolara and Neil Resh but voted for Brisolara. I will be changing my vote on August 28th!! Neil Resh actually has more experience, education and training so I should have voted for him to begin with. Now, I have a chance to correct my mistake and feel much better about it!

Spread the word to everyone you know. I'm glad to see the truth finally coming out. Former HCSD Deputy is right on target. You can see for yourself go to http://www.co.harrison.ms.us/departments/cir ... and click on Candidate Reports on line and there it is in black and white John Heath Treasurer for Brisolara. As for Cy Faneca, he hosted a fundraiser for Brisolara a couple of months ago. I read about it in the Sun Herald.
Neil Resh is the man we need to call our sheriff!

For years your Empire have ruled over the land;

Destroying many lives, you held in your hand.

Now the reign is over, a victory's been won;

The public is fed up with the Empires Son

Time will tell what fate has in store

As you wait for judgement day, trying to run for the door

And your puppets show no remorse as they fight their accusers,

The public cries "NO MERCY FOR THE ABUSERS"

You have lost your seat, no more time for your bawlin'

As we all cheer in victory, as the PAYNE EMPIRE has fallen.

Oh you may slip by a cousin or two

But the public will be watching all of you

You will all one day face the GREAT JUDGE above;

You will answer to him for your lack of Brotherly Love

"Do unto others as you would have done to you" is the Golden Rule, they say.

Man, I'd hate to be in your shoes on that GREAT JUDGEMENT DAY!!

Please Vote on August 28. Look closely at the Sheriff's Race. Its is critical to our future. The current Sheriff's department has cost all of us a lot of $$ and its not over. We need a complete change. I don't think Melvin Brisolara will bring that needed change, so I am voting for Neil Resh.

Why? The same attorney who represented the current Sheriff has "turned" to back Brisolara (see Sun Herald Article 5.16.07 "Payne's Lawyer backs Rival"). He billed the taxpayers $1.4 million dollars defending lawsuits against Sheriff and he will continue to do so if Brisolara is elected.

Also see the following newspaper articles when Payne took over involving Brisolara:

Sun Herald, 8-04-2000
Money Sought to Hire Jail Workers, Buy Cars, p. A1

Board President Bobby Eleuterius said he supports more jail workers.

But he said the board in years past has approved spending for more jailers, only to find that the money was spent elsewhere.

Payne has since said problems he found were worse than he expected.

BRISOLARA WAS CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER FOR THE PREVIOUS THREE SHERIFFS, HOW DID THIS HAPPEN?

Unbelieveably Brisolara responded:

"It's like the sheriff bought a house, and found out it's eat up with termites," said Maj. Melvin Brisolara of the Sheriff's Department.

If that's true then BRISOLARA was Chief Administrative Officer WHILE THE TERMITES WERE EATING THE HOUSE!!!

And another statement:

Sun Herald 10-03-2000
Sheriff Will Trade, Auction Firearms Evidence Vault Collects 1,100 Guns Since 1974, p. A1

"We are in desperate need of weapons right now," Brisolara said. "We are hiring new people we need guns for, and we still have some people using old revolvers."

"Martin said Monday was the first he had heard that the Sheriff's Department had a gun shortage. It didn't come up as the county set its budget for the coming year."

How is it that the “Chief Administrative Officer MELVIN BRISOLARA” of the Sheriff’s Department is saying for the “first” time, they are in “desperate need of weapons”?

How could not included "guns" for your deputies in your budget? How could there become a "desperate" need after budget were submitted?

Is that sound management practice?

Is that the type of "accountability" we want in our Sheriff?

I say absolutely not!!!

Vote for Neal Resh on August 28, 2007!!

My vote is for resh, so we can clear out "some more of the payne's crew " & family member"s up out of "brisola's camp "!! I also am waiting to see if payne;s former jailer's that are on trial will start spewing payne's wrong doing' & corruptions and show that he knew all along what was going on, which we all seem to know is true, but no doubt the jailers' and RYAN TEEL & EX CAPT. GASTON just may put the finger on good ol' george, so hopefully he will get some inditment's coming his way !!!! "britstarr "

It doesn't matter who you vote for because at the end of the day they could care less. It's just a means to a paycheck and to benefit the rewards that come from being a part of the "brotherhood."

Is anyone as disgusted with the removal of the motor carrier unit like me? i know for a fact that was a 900,000 dollar grant that paid for equipment, salaries, Overtime and training. The shortfall of deputies on patrol is from a lack of hiring officers to fill positions. if they filled them all they would have those and the several grant postitions that the motor carrier unit brought! How stupid to get rid of them! well guess again, he promised to get rid of them during his campaign and he followed through on it. Guess who backed him as a major contributor? Trucking companies! Of course hes getting rid of them, this is backwards thinking and making it easier for trucking companies to break the law! look at the stats of the motor carrier unit and see for yourself, sun herald posted thier stats, amazing. I support more deputies in the neighborhoods but not at backwards thinking. Citizens of Harrison County your brand new sherrif just gave away a great oprotunity and quite a bit of federal money, that you are paying for now. Next person that is killed by an eighteen wheeler should leave a nasty note for the great sheriff Brisolara, thanks for nothing, go ruin some other organization instead of bettering it!

If this is the same Payne that was Judge back in 2001-2002 I'm glad he's a LOSER. He was the judge on my case. I was beat up by my roommate had my hand broke and everything and HE SAID IT WAS MY FAULT THAT THE BROKE HAND I DID. HE BELIEVED MY ROOMMATE. SHE WALKED FREE AND I WAS STUCK W/OVER $2000. IN MEDICAL BILLS Not to mention I lost my job because I couldn't work. Long story short he lost re-election to the seat after I left MS but the roommate. Seems she continued on 'BEATING' on other people. The Navy did nothing either. Lucky for the other person HE kicked her A**!!
WHAT A LOSER PAYNE YOU ARE NOTHING!! YOU SUPPORT ABUSER!!
