Obviously you do not have an understanding for how FEMA works. This is not just a goverment handout. First off if they give all the monies away to hurricane Katrina victims, what would be there for the next disaster. FEMA is mostly loans and a temporary fix. As for the money in Iraq, that is a different department. Also there are fail safes for people receiving money from FEMA and then other agencies for the same thing..AKA to prevent fraud. As for the woman in the trailer, without insurance. I do believe someone should help you, and why are you in a tent instead of a local shelter. I live 3 states away and had people in droves coming here to get help. You can blame the Hurricane for some of your problems, but not all of them. You know in life no one will help you but, you so get off your but, and go to where there is something better.
