Catfish Charlie going strong after 27 years

It's my favorite. Wont go to the coast without going. The service is top rate. Highly recommend.

The fried pickles are very good. Everything about the place is wonderful.

When I ate there, I walked out with angina and grease seeping from my pores. Disgusting.

Catfish, Chicken, Shrimp, Sweet Potatoes, Fried Okra, Cole Slaw, Homemade Biscuits...it was all DELICIOUS!! Yummy. I plan to return often.

Normally I consider this to be one of the dining treats on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. I have been proud to bring friends there for the food and experience and my wife and I enjoy dining there often. But finally, we received a bad meal...kitchen problems led to service problems, barely warm instead of piping hot fish was served and it took several minutes and a chat with one of the owners to get some fresh hot fish delivered. Needless to say, our dining experience was not what we had hoped for. But the worst was the reaction of the owners...their only concern was that we did 'eventually' get the food and that we ate enough. The fact that the 'not-hot" food put a 'chill' on our dining enjoyment didn't concern them. I'd expected some consideration upon paying the bill, but none was given. We were offered additional fish to take home, but having begun the meal with 'not-hot' food, we didn't want to take more home and heat it up later. The owners seem not to realize that they aren't just providing food to eat, but an opportunity to enjoy a meal and dining experience. And in my opinion, when they fail to provide a satisfactory product, they don't deserve full payment. I understand the normal problems that occur in the restaurant business, having been in it myself in the past, but I also understand the basics of customer service, which these owners seem not to get.

No he has moved @I think married a girl from miss.

Yes he's fine and doing ok. He's a good person and I'm sure he is a wonderful family man
