How many is so far this year? Dead, simply because they wouldn't wear a seatbelt.

How freakin' stupid.

The article stated he was not wearing his seatbelt. I find this very hard to believe, as Lawrence Gerard was married to my mother for 30 plus years, and always wore his seatbelt, and would not start the car until everyone in the vehicle had theirs on. The family believes the seatbelt failed. Also, we believe an inexperienced driver had something to do with the crash. In the future, please remember the loved ones left behind and keep negative comments to yourself. As the driver has been to superior court three times in the past four years concerning his driving abilities. Say a prayer for Mr Gerard, he will be sadly missed.

This is sad all the way around. I personally know the driver, and just because he has some traffic tickets doesnt make him an inexperienced driver. He has a huge heart and last thing he would do is put himself, mother or stepfather at risk when driving. This was an accident and no one should be at blame. I feel for Keefer and his family. I'm very sorry for the loss of Lawrence Gerard, RC and Linda loved him very dearly. Bless you Beth and your family.

Daily Horoscope for December 26

Cancer

Mercury turning retro is offering you the chance to make sweeping and long-lasting changes to your life, and to clear the ground for some fertile growth in 2010. Lawyers and legal matters, debates, contract negotiations, partnership or other alliances, and joint ventures of any kind need attention. As a Cancerian you don't like endings, but you must now bring an end to any situation or relationship that is holding you back or has passed its sell-by date. Look forward, not back, if you want a glittering future.
