Theres not enough Drugs or Crime in Franklin county so why shouldnt the cops have fun while getting paid.

I know one that got paid very well ripping a person off for her life savings to by canoes, that were never purched and other moneys. He and his wife had fun on that cruise they took. No investment was made. Pros. attorney's office gave him a slap on the hand.

from what I heard he no longer is employed in this field. This was not any of the present people working for them.
