Vt. Trucker Not Charged in Woman's Death

I support the truck driver. I think the woman was out of line to begin with and was the one with the road rage. He had every right to pass. He was followed for 21 miles and then confronted. What were they going to get the police for, so that he could be charged for some kind of a moving violation that they felt that he had committed? Since when do the police charge a driver on someone's else word anyway?

Who in the world would stand in front of an 18 wheeler? I think the woman was responsible for her own death.

In my family, you stand up for what you believe in! The trucker passed my cousin in a school zone, doing way over the speed limit and almost sideswiped her car!! If you know anything about Vermont, you know that they would have to follow him for a long period of time to confront him because theres NOTHING in Vermont! Meaning you have to travel a long distance in between stops! The trucker should have been convicted for what he did accident or otherwise, theres no reason someone in this world should get off scot free for murdering ANYONE! But because he works for the biggest trucking company in Vermont, he gets off without a slap on the wrists or anything! Ridiculous if you ask me! And for the person who posted before me. Get your facts straight and stop believing what you read in the tabloids before commenting on such a horrendous story!

First of all you idiot the trucker did do wrong he passed on the wrong side of the road in a school zone. And second the truck was not moving when she was standing in front of it, she was not trying to be superman.

here road rage is a no no it was an accident, it happens but the woman should have called the police instead of standing in harms way it would seem maybe she wasnt thinking clearly enough
