Pherson dugar is a menace to socity he should be locked up and throw the key away. i cant understand how a crimmal stay free to do as they please to whom they please .i guess we have to wait until someone get hurt before something gets done smdh...at crowley louisiana

who is going to stop them or kill them when u can't stop someone from entering your home when u the owner isn't there. you can't even beat the hell out of them, at least that's what the chief and police officers tells me in rayne. so we the good have to suffer for the bad.
