How many law breaking sheriff's does the US need. The Feds need to crack down on this guy. This person is a political disgrace to the sheriff's office. Credibility comes into question really quickly when you have guys like this running around making their own call on what the laws are.

As a public servant, you must lead by example and not break the laws that you enforce.

The entire California criminal and judicial system is a national disgrace. And that is the result of a corrupt electorate and the crooked politicians that they elect. And yet some stupid Californians look across the border and critisize the law abiding and honorable sheriff of Maricopa County. You, who gave us Nancy Pelosi should hang your head in shame, or simply hang yourselves.

How long will your high sheriff be in prison? Good ole Corona sure was credible. Who did he lead? Did he lead by example? Talk about a disgrace to an office. Corona is the poster boy.

Still don't think that public servants have the right to violate the laws. We've made laws that are open for interpretation by the law enforcers. How long before the laws are confused and corrupted against your favor?

Constitutionally, a county sheriff doesn't answer to the federal government. That person holds all constitutional power for his/her county. The fed can do all they like, but in the end the sheriff outranks them in his/her home county.

It sounds good. How are they held accountable. All people are corruptable. All people in a position of power will be tempted to abuse this power.

I wonder if sheriff joke's goon squad is following around the FBI waiting to raid their offices and homes since they are questioning his judgement too.
